It refers to music originating in Latin America, specifically the Romance-speaking countries and territories of the Americas and the Caribbean, south of the United States. Latin American music also incorporates the African music of the slaves that were transported to the Americas by European settlers, as well as the music of the indigenous peoples of the Americas. This band connects us with our Latin and romantic roots.
